Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) is offering an intensive five-day training in collaboration with World Relief for individuals to learn about all areas of immigration law and practice, focusing on topics most relevant to those serving and representing low-income immigrants. Using the curriculum of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, this course will help non-attorneys working at non-profit organizations to practice immigration law and apply for accreditation from the Department of Justice.
This training takes place from Monday, September 9, 2019 to Friday, September 13, 2019 in Akron, PA.
NSMC is sponsoring Kate for this event and if others are interested, please contact Phil. There is still room in the class even though a late registration fee is required.
